Multisport Coaching

Thrive Performance Training is a multisport coaching resource for athletes of all ages and abilities. We offer personalized training plans for triathletes and duathletes as well as single sport endurance athletes.
With over 15 years of coaching experience and 9 years in the sport of triathlon, Jen combines her education in Exercise Physiology and Sport Performance with years of personal experience to offer a program designed to meet your individual needs and goals.


Endurance Sports Training Plans

Basic Package - General monthly training plan working towards completing an endurance event or maintaining off-season fitness.

Race Performance Package - Individualized training plan focused on a specific race. Training plans vary in length based on event distance.

Annual Training Plan - Individualized training plan for an entire racing season (2+ races or Ironman) as well as an off-season fitness plan.
