Fitness Training
Regular physical activity is perhaps the single most important thing one can do to stay happy and healthy.  Regardless of your goals, age, gender, or fitness history - Thrive's personal training services are the ideal way to make exercise a part of your life!

We come to you!

Sessions occur where you want them to - your home, your apartment/condo fitness facility, your gym (if allowable, and rates may vary if this option is chosen), or anywhere else that offers a safe, appropriate atmosphere.
We provide all the necessary equipment no matter what location you choose.  All you need to bring is a water bottle and some tenacity!


Get moving!
Two or more sessions per week is the ideal way to maximize your
success. Sessions are an hour in length and include cutting-edge, challenging, fun exercises that are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

FUNCTIONAL CORE CONDITIONING

Fridays 6:30 - 7:15 AM @ Lean On Me (4471 D Street, Sacramento)

This class will combine strength, balance, agility, and flexibility of the muscles that control the trunk and spine.

Cost is $10/person






WORKOUT IN THE PARK

Join us every Monday & Wednesday for an all-inclusive circuit based workout in the great outdoors.

McKinley Park (at the corner of 33rd and McKinley, north of the Garden Arts Center)
6:00-7:00 PM
$15/person
